Housing Development Corporation (HDC) has announced that the signing of agreements for those who received the 7,000 housing units constructed under the Hiyaa housing project will commence on Sunday after the Eid break.
HDC previously stated that signing would resume on July 24. However, since July 24 is the last day of Eid al-Adha, the corporation announced that signing agreements will now proceed on July 25.
According to HDC, current arrangements allow for 15 people to sign the agreements every half an hour. They have also requested the signee to bring a witness, who is required to bring a clear copy of both sides of their ID card.
As part of COVID-19 safety measures, signees are asked to bring their own pen and inkpad for fingerprints.
The signing of Hiyaa Flat agreements will proceed until the end of August.
