The Elections Commission of Maldives is conducting walk-in interviews this Saturday to recruit personnel for the upcoming Local Council Elections and Women’s Development Committee elections.
The sessions will take place from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm at Kalaafaanu School in Malé. A similar round of walk-in interviews was held on Friday at Kaamil Didi Primary School in Hulhumalé Phase II.
Recruitment covers various administrative and support roles, including positions in Human Resources, Administration, Media, Public Relations, Information Technology, Finance, and Legal services. Applicants are required to bring their national ID card, educational certificates, and a copy of their CV.
The process includes briefing candidates on available opportunities, completing application forms, registration, initial screening, interviews for eligible applicants, and practical tests tailored to specific roles.
The Commission added that those interested in serving as polling station officials will receive guidance on applying through the official recruitment portal.
Earlier walk-in interviews held in August attracted over 250 applications, demonstrating strong public interest in supporting the electoral process.
