Maldives Immigration has officially changed its working hours to align with the standard hours observed by the Civil Service.
Starting today, the department's new official working hours will be from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, a reduction from the previous 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM schedule. This adjustment shortens the department’s official workday from eight hours to six hours.
Despite the change in office hours, Maldives Immigration confirmed that there will be no impact on the delivery of public services. Services such as passport application submission and collection, along with other immigration-related processes, will continue without interruption.
