HDC Orders Removal of Goods from Unoccupied Plots in Hulhumale' Phase III by October 11

The Housing Development Corporation (HDC) has issued an order for the removal of objects unlawfully stored on unoccupied plots in Hulhumale' Phase III, with a final deadline set for October 11. This comes after previous warnings regarding illegal use of land in both Phase II and III were ignored by several individuals.
HDC has identified continued misuse of undeveloped land in Hulhumale' Phase III, where various items are being stored without authorization. The corporation has made it clear that if the goods are not cleared within the given timeframe, they will be considered abandoned, and HDC will take action to dispose of them in line with its policies.
In its statement, HDC warned that it would not be held responsible for any damage to property during the removal process.
This move is part of HDC’s ongoing efforts to maintain order and ensure proper land usage in Hulhumale', an area undergoing significant urban development.
