Judiciary Is Independent from Influence, President Yameen Should Get Justice: President

The Judiciary of the Maldives is now free from external influences, so the delay in achieving justice for former President Yameen should not last much longer, President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu has said.

Addressing the people of Feydhoo and Hithadhoo in Addu, the President said the judiciary has been running with complete independence since the beginning of his government.

Any delay in justice is an absence of justice, and Yameen should also get justice through the judiciary without any influence from external parties, Dr. Muizzu stated.
