Chairman of China Metallurgical Group Corporation meets with President

Mr. Chen Jianguang, Chairman of China Metallurgical Group Corporation, attended a meeting with President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu.

The Chairman offered his congratulations to the President on his successful state visit to China, and explained the achievements of his company. He also briefed the President on the projects currently underway in Maldives, while expressing his interest in increased collaboration to speed up the development of the Maldives.

In addition, he shared his approval of the President’s plan for economic development and stated his belief that the Maldivian economy would thrive in the future as a result of the President’s vision.

In return, the President offered insight into the planned projects of his administration, emphasizing his eagerness to begin development projects as soon as possible. He shared the Chairman’s interest in developing further collaboration for projects in the Maldives.
