Andhun Hussain’s sister purchases land plot for MVR 16 mln

Member of Parliament for the Henveyru Dhekunu constituency, Hussain Shaheem (Andhun Hussain)’s sister purchased land worth 16 million Maldivian Rufiyaa in Hulhumale.

According to a judgment passed by the Civil Court, Fathimath Naseema, H. Andhunge, has purchased 2335.10 square feet of land, lot number 20323, worth MVR 16,604,896 from Hulhumale’ Phase 2.

The entirety of Hulhumale’ Phase 2 is registered under Housing Development Corporation (HDC) and Naseema’s property is one of the most recently sold plots of lands by HDC.

Thus far, HDC has earned over one billion Maldivian Rufiyaa by selling plots of land in the newly developed Phase 2 of Hulhumale’.
