NSPA Re-Announces Bid for Office Building Rental

The National Social Protection Agency (NSPA) has re-announced its search for an office building for rent for a period of five years, citing insufficient response to its previous announcement.

According to NSPA, the project will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding. Interested parties must pay a non-refundable registration fee of MVR 500, which will be accepted via BandeyriPay from February 27 to March 6, 2025.

As per the announcement, bidders must also submit MVR 252,000 as bid security. All bids must be submitted through the Bid Portal by 11:00 AM on Monday, March 10, 2025. The bid opening is scheduled for 11:00 AM on Tuesday, March 11, 2025.

NSPA has emphasized that bidders must complete their registration on the Bid Portal at least seven days before the submission deadline to be eligible for participation.
