During president Dr Muizzu's visit to Thoddoo, President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu met with the island’s council to discuss critical developmental priorities. The council raised concerns over the limited capacity of the current health center and called for the establishment of a better facility. They also highlighted space constraints at the island’s school and requested financial support to enhance the island’s economy.
In response, President Muizzu assured the council that these issues would be addressed through the national budget, with plans for a new road development project for Thoddoo. Cabinet Ministers accompanying the President also provided updates on ongoing and upcoming projects aimed at supporting the island's progress.
The meeting concluded with the President signing the visitors' book at the council, marking a significant step toward Thoddoo’s future development.
