Bank of Maldives Donates MVR 50,000 to Diabetic Society of Maldives

The Bank of Maldives (BML) has donated MVR 50,000 to the Diabetic Society of Maldives following this year’s annual BML Staff Charity Run, held this morning in Hulhumalé.

The event saw participation from over 300 employees, including staff from Malé and atoll branches. BML stated that the donation aims to support diabetes treatment and raise awareness about the condition.

The BML Staff Charity Run, organized by the BML Employees Club, was first launched in 2017. The initiative is part of the bank’s efforts to support organizations making positive contributions to society.
