The Vice-Chairman of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPCC) met with the Speaker of the Maldivian Parliament, Abdul Raheem Abdulla, on Monday.
The meeting, held at the Parliament House, was attended by Speaker Abdul Raheem, Majority Leader Ibrahim Falah, and other lawmakers from the Progressive National Congress (PNC).
Bati, the Vice-Chairman of the CPCC, is currently on an official visit to the Maldives. During his visit, he is scheduled to meet with President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu and Deputy Speaker of the Parliament Ahmed Nazim.
Bati arrived in the Maldives yesterday, and his visit is scheduled to conclude on Friday.
