The Maldives Association of Tourism Industries (MATI) has re-elected Mohamed Umar Manik (MU Manik) as the chairman of the organization during its 33rd Annual General Meeting. Mr. Manik has been the chairman of MATI for more than 30 years, and his re-election is a testament to his experience, knowledge, and leadership in the tourism industry.
MATI is a prominent organization in the Maldives that represents and promotes the country's tourism industry, which is one of the main sources of revenue for the nation. The organization works to develop policies and strategies that promote sustainable tourism practices and ensure the long-term viability of the industry in the Maldives.
In addition to Mr. Manik, the organization also elected its new executive board, which is composed of experienced professionals and leaders in the industry.
