Maavashu Constituency Member Mohamed Saeed stated that it is sad to see that the Runway, Seaplane, and VIP Terminal which was built three years ago has not been in operation.
Saeed further said that in 2018 Maldives National Football team had landed in (A380) on the newly built runway of Velana International airport (VIA), after three years it is still not operating is a sad issue.
Saeed further said that the five years of this government have been a waste.
Projects that had started during the tenure of former President Yameen Abdul Gayoom are still not completed. Such as Salman Mosque, Dharumavantha Hospital, and Hiya Flats are among those that are still in progress.
