Ooredoo Maldives to Hold Special General Meeting on December 15

Ooredoo Maldives has announced that it will hold a Special General Meeting on Thursday, December 15, at 8:00 PM. The meeting will be conducted via the Maldives Securities Depository Company Pvt Ltd (MSD)'s online general meeting management system, “FahiVote.”

According to Ooredoo, only those who register through MSD's online system, “Infinity,” by 8:00 PM on December 13, will be eligible to attend the meeting. Shareholders who were registered with Ooredoo Maldives as of 2:00 PM on November 27 will be eligible to participate.

Voting on the agenda items will be conducted electronically (e-voting), with each participant, whether attending in person or by proxy, entitled to one vote per share held.

Ooredoo has also urged eligible shareholders to pre-register, appoint a proxy, or cancel an appointed proxy through the “Infinity” system if they wish to attend the meeting.
