OBLU NATURE Helengeli Wins PADI Award for Female Diving Excellence

Maldives Marketing and Public Relations Corporation (MMPRC/ Visit Maldives) proudly announces that OBLU NATURE Helengeli by SENTIDO, managed by Atmosphere Core, has been awarded the prestigious PADI "Outstanding Contribution to Female Diving" Award. This accolade, the first of its kind ever presented globally, celebrates the resort's and its dive partner TGI Maldives' exceptional dedication to female divers.

PADI (Professional Association of Diving Instructors), the world's leading scuba diving organization, recognized OBLU NATURE Helengeli and TGI Maldives for creating an inclusive and empowering environment for female divers of all experience levels. The resort offers a stunning location, top-tier PADI-certified dive courses, and exceptional services specifically tailored to women.

PADI's Regional Manager, Matt Wenger, stated, "Positive promotion and support for female diving has been at the heart of PADI's philosophy since our inception in 1966. The award ceremony took place on the picturesque shores of Helengeli Island, attended by Maldives' Minister of State for Tourism, Dr. Abdulla Niyaz, and PADI Regional Manager Matt Wenger, who oversees the Maldives, Seychelles, and Mauritius. To further celebrate female diving, the resort hosted a PADI Women's Dive Day Celebration event from July 14th to 17th, inviting female journalists and instructors.
