President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu has launched a national telethon to assist the Palestinian people.
The launch ceremony for the "Maldivians with Palestine" telethon took place at PSM this morning. During the event, a significant number of government officials made donations to a fund box set up at TVM to aid Palestinians.
President Dr. Muizzu, First Lady Sajidha Mohamed, Vice President Hussain Mohamed Latheef, and Speaker of the Parliament Abdul Raheem Abdulla were present at the ceremony.
