Passport Services Available During Eid-ul-Adha Holidays: Immigration Department

The Maldives Immigration Department has announced that passport services will remain available during the Eid-ul-Adha holidays, with operations continuing from June 17 to June 20.

In a post on X, the Immigration Department confirmed that passport applications will be accepted round-the-clock throughout the holiday period. The service will be available for the general public, with special provisions for those over 65 years of age and for emergency cases. The agency will process passport applications for these groups between 0900 hrs and 1300 hrs.

Additionally, passport collection will be facilitated from 0830 hrs to 1600 hrs. Numbers can be obtained through the QueueBee system or by visiting the agency directly, with a brief suspension of number issuance from 12 noon to 12.45 pm.
