Bank of Maldives to Open for One Day During Eid Holiday

The Bank of Maldives (BML) has announced that it will provide customer services for one day during the forthcoming Eid-ul-Adha holidays. According to a recent post on their social media platform 'X', BML will open its branches on Tuesday, June 18th, to accommodate customer needs.

The bank will operate from 0830 hrs to 1400 hrs on this day, ensuring a window of opportunity for customers requiring in-person banking services. In addition to this special arrangement, BML has encouraged its customers to utilize the bank's internet banking services and mobile app during the holiday period to ensure uninterrupted access to banking services.

In the context of the broader holiday schedule, the President's Office has declared a shutdown of government offices from June 16 to June 20 in observance of Eid-ul-Adha. Normal operations will resume on June 23, following the conclusion of the holiday period.
