The opportunity is open to all eligible bidders to express their interest in accordance with the Terms of Reference (TOR).

The Terms of Reference have been published on the Ministry's website.
According to the terms of reference, the main objective of the project is to provide safer transportation between Thinadhoo and Kaadedhoo and reduce the time spent in transporting people and goods from one village to another. The bridge is estimated to be between 3 km and 3.5 km long. In addition to the bridge, a highway link road may have to be included.
The consultancy work will be given 45 days from the date of signing.
Interested parties are invited to submit their applications until noon on Thursday, January 31st.
It is a presidential promise to make Kaadedhoo Airport a fully developed international airport and connect Thinadhoo and Kaadehdhoo with a bridge. The state budget has allocated 4.4 million MVR for the bridge project.
