The roadshow's process involves guests registering with a Guest Service Representative before undergoing basic screenings for potential diabetes indicators at the nursing and family medicine stall. The family medicine specialist will then assess the findings, determining whether further consultation with a specific specialist is necessary. In the absence of diabetes indications, general advice will be provided.

For those requiring additional consultation, a family medicine specialist will issue a "Route Slip," guiding them to the appropriate specialist based on individual needs. Specialists will offer tailored advice and recommendations, covering gestational diabetes, pediatric diabetes management, nutrition counseling, relevant exercises, and endocrinology services.

The final consultation will be with an endocrinologist who will provide guidance on further investigations, such as ophthalmology consultation or recommend diabetes-related screening packages.
