The Fenaka Corporation branch in Naifaru, Lhaviyani Atoll has billed a house MVR 400,000 for electricity. The bill sent to a civilian has been circulating on social media.

They further stated that the six occupants of the home occupy two of the home’s four rooms. The occupants are said to be the mother, father, the father’s son, and his two children. They noted that there was no way for the bill could be so high when the six reside in only two rooms.
