Ooredoo Fun Run 2026 Registration Extended to November 14

Registration for the "Ooredoo Fun Run 2026" has been extended until November 14, giving more participants the opportunity to join the Maldives' most colorful and cheerful community run. This year's event is scheduled to take place on December 11 in Hulhumalé.

The annual five-kilometer run, which drew over 7,500 participants in Hulhumalé last year, welcomes anyone aged six and above. Designed without timing pressures, participants can walk, jog, run, or dance through the course, which features fun obstacles and entertaining stations along the route.

Participants can choose between two registration kits: a Standard Kit priced at MVR 110, which includes a Fun Run T-shirt, multipurpose bandana, and bib; and a Fun Kit at MVR 210, which additionally includes a backpack and eyeglasses. Those who registered before October 31 were also given complimentary customized bibs with their names.

To build excitement ahead of the run, special pre-event festivities are planned for December 10 in Hulhumalé, featuring a children's evening from 16:00 to 18:00 followed by a live music show from 20:00 to midnight.
