Netanyahu Will Be Arrested If He Enters Maldives: Minister Ihsaan

Minister of Homeland Security and Technology Ali Ihsaan has confirmed that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will be arrested if he enters the Maldives, in compliance with the International Criminal Court’s (ICC) arrest warrant.
Minister Ihsaan made this statement in response to social media queries regarding the Maldives' stance on the ICC warrant. Clarifying the government’s position, he posted on X (formerly Twitter):
"The Maldives is a country that will enforce orders from international courts without exception for any individual." Minister Ihsaan
The ICC issued arrest warrants last Thursday for Netanyahu and Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant, amid ongoing investigations. Ihsaan’s statement reinforces the Maldives' commitment to upholding international law and cooperating with global judicial bodies.
