Mounting Criticism as Israel Struggles to Neutralize Hezbollah Amid Escalating Northern Missile Attacks

Israel has been fighting Hezbollah and Gaza's Hamas militants for more than a year, with more missile attacks targeting northern Israel than ever before hence pressure on Israil’s government has increased by their citizens.
Residents of the northern territory of Israel cannot safely return to their homes, some Israelis have criticized the government, saying Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Defense Minister Yov Gallant have lied to the people.

Hezbollah is not weakening in the war between Israel and Hezbollah. However, Israel says Hezbollah has been defeated even though Hezbollah has fired more than 250 rockets into Israel Monday alone.
The war between Israel and Hezbollah began in October 2023 and since than the war has caused evacuation of nearly 80,000 people living in Israel's northern territory
The Israeli government has promised to do a lot to eliminate Hezbollah's threat. However, so far, the people of the northern region have not been able to return to their homes. This has raised questions about the government's work and increased public dissatisfaction.
