Tourist arrivals to Maldives reach 900,000

So far this year more than 900,000 tourists have arrived in the Maldives.

Statistics published by the tourism ministry of Maldives show that by 20th July 900,808 tourists visited Maldives. That is an increase of 28685 tourists compared to the same period last year. By 20th July 2021, 571,123 tourists visited Maldives.

India tops the arrival market while UK is second on the list. Meanwhile, Russia is third on the list. Russian tourists decreased due to the war between Ukraine and Russia.

Tourist arrivals is gradually increasing in the Maldives.
