Hiraa School Selected As Finalist For Zaid Sustainability Prize

Addu City’s Hiraa School has been selected to the final round of the Zaid Sustainability Prize.

According to a statement released by the school, Hiraa School has been selected as a finalist in the Global High School category for the Zaid Sustainability Prize.

The results of the Prize would be announced on January 17, 2022.

Hiraa School was established 10 years ago in a small building. Yet, the school has expanded to become one of the best private schools in the country. Hiraa School follows the Maldivian national curriculum, but also provides skills pupils need for the 21st century.

The Zaid Sustainability Prize has been given out by the United Arab Emirates since 2008 to honour sustainable solutions in five categories.
