First Lady's relative threatened Raudha according to Suood: Raudha's father

Raudha’s father Dr. Mohamed Athif has claimed that former president of Presidential Commission on Deaths and Disappearances and Supreme Court’s justice Suood mentioned that Kerafaa Waseema Mohamed, a relative of both First Lady Fazna and Speaker of Parliament Nasheed had threatened Raudha prior to her death.
In an article posted on Facebook Dr. Athif stated that Suood himself mentioned that Waseema sent death threats to Raudha. He also stated that Waseema is a cousin of the current First Lady Fazna Ahmed.
In his Facebook post, Dr. Athif explicitly stated that Suood mentioned Raudha receiving death threats from Waseema. He also stated that at the time Raudha was in a relationship with President Nasheed’s Uncle Kerafaa Abdul Ghanee’s son Kerafaa Shahee Ghanee.
Dr. Athif also claimed that the Presidential Commission had neglected Raudha’s case and as a reward, the Commission’s former president Suood had been installed to the country’s top court. He also said that he could be murdered and that the truth would prevail.
Raudha’s body was found in March 2017 in Bangladesh. Bangladeshi Police had concluded that the cause of death was suicide. President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih has also vowed that he would find out the truth about Raudha’s death. However, Dr. Athif has disputed the findings of both the Bangladeshi Police and the Presidential Commission on Deaths and Disappearances.
