The President has assured the people that he will increase the allowance for persons with special needs.
The President made the assurance in response to a question from a citizen over the phone at the second forum of the 'Aha' series being held at Sultan Park last night.
He was asked about the increase in the allowance for persons with special needs.
The President said that he attaches great importance to giving special priority to the members of society affected by disabilities.
