Guraidhoo Special Needs Center.
The Ministry of Islamic Affairs has donated 32 beds worth 504,000 MVR to the Guraidhoo Special Needs Centre.
The beds were procured through the Islamic Ministry's charity fund. The beds have been handed over to the Ministry of Social and Family Development.
Islamic Minister Dr. Shaheem Ali Saeed announced the donation, and stated that charity and aiding the most needy in society is a top priority of President Dr. Muizzu.
The Minister added that many people donate their money to the ministry for religious and social activities. The Minister said the beds donated to the Guraidhoo Health Center today were a part of that collective effort of the people.
Dr. Shaheem implored the citizens of the country to donate what they can, if they have the means, in order for the whole society to benefit from the wealth in the country.
